Mixed Media Constructions

My mixed media constructed pieces are typically built around fabric manipulations.  Most are built to be wall hangings, but some can stand alone and thus I'd call them three dimensional.  My latest works are framed using thread and safety pins to suspend the object into a wood shadow box, thus incorporating the frame into the piece itself.
